A mix of all of the above with Richard Page singing lead...
A piano-playing, singer/songwriter from humble roots and the grand heritage of the musical hotbed that is Kansas City, Randy Bonifield invites his listening audience to a bench-side seat with his down to earth style and hold-nothing-back approach.
As an artist, Randy is an intriguing organic mixture of acoustic pop, jazz-influenced piano, soaring gospel vocals and blues-injected inspirational music. Drawing from the influences, experiences and expertise of his band members, all of Randy’s musical endeavors create an eclectic mix of music fueled by Randy's passion for music and joy for life.
In all of his music, Randy’s aim is to focus the listener on story and the context around us of truth and beauty - all that is good, true, noble, admirable, desirable - gifts given to make us more aware of what it truly means to be more human, more alive, more connected to what ought to be.
hey man! thanks for the encouragement. I would definitely love to catch up when you get in town. Be sure to let me know. Are you going to be recording, visiting, playing?
Thanks for the add! Really like your songs... cool sound! We wish you and your music all the best, and we hope that you enjoy our music as well! Have a great week, and take care! (*^_^*)
Hey Randy, I am really glad you like the single. I think you will be pleased with the rest of the album. Hope you will be able to come see us play sometime
To all, I pray that everyone has the most wonderful Christmas ever. And may God be with you, your friends and family as we celebrate the most important event in history. The birth of our Saviour and Lord, Jesus Christ.
Randy, Where do I begin?! 1. The snappy tune you have on your blog is shamefully funny to me. Well intentioned people can make mistakes. The best part was when he looked straight at the camera and said, "zap". 2. Man, "How Great is Your Love" is an incredible song. I really enjoyed it and you had me tapping my foot. 3. Lest I forget?! WOW! Thank you for finding me on here. I have missed all of you. I have tried to conjure from my memory your songs at times, especially "Fan the Flame". Some of my best musical memories are with you three. 4. We need to see you when I'm in KC. I know it's always a busy time, but I will probably be up there sometime during the holidays. 5. Why am I enumerating my comments, and why didn't I just write to you privately? Tell Derek and Steve I said hello and I miss them, no matter how fruity it sounds.
Dear Sir: I have just conducted a cursory listening of your tunes (above) & find them to be quite lovely. But I must ask: did Wendy hang up her backing vocals career? I miss the soothing musical stylings of Wendy. Does she have an agent I can contact? Joy M. J.
hey man! we definately have to connect soon...it been far too long and I mean it when I say that where I am now is because of you. hope you and the family are well. I'd love to hear all about whats been going on.
