About Randy Brooks

I've been playing music since I was a baby. I studied piano at a conservatory at the age four and graduated when I was 14. I picked the guitar up and taught myself when I was 17 and haven't put it down since. The songs on here were written, produced, and performed by me. Another Day was written for my wife for our anniversary one year (she always falls asleep before me). The song, "Nona's World" is just a story I came up with while writing the music. It is about a depression era 15 year-old who is sexually abused by her father until, on her sixteenth birthday, she kills herself. I know it's depressing, but it was just what the song ended up being about!
