Ranfa, very rare species of singer, was born in Florence in 1969, tries to go to school and he goes there...running! As a matter of fact, sport would be his first love, an activity in which he excels, as a young boy. Questions? 70 kilos of flesh stretching for 1,78m height (!?) who likes, besides singing: drawing, cuddling his kids (Mirko Diego and Viola), reading comics, and sweating… while he teaches ‘spinning’ it’s his second or, perhaps, third job! A little bit of history... He start his activity as a singer in 1988, he tries his hand at singing west coast music and covers of the Queen. Afterwards he approaches different musical genres among which blues, funky, disco music, musical (he is Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar, and Rocky in the Rocky Horror Show). But it’s in the Hard Rock genre that he can better express his singing qualities: he is finally able to perform songs which suits him completely ... a tenor repertoire at last !!! " …it was a very strong emotional experience to be able to sing with Ian Paice " (mythic drummer of Deep Purple) in Florence, on the 21st of December 2000 and in Como on the 22nd of September 2005!!!
