New York-based rock band RAPOSO is destined to brand their stamp on America’s legendary rock-and-roll lineage. Supported by an international fanbase, RAPOSO is on constant demand to tour. Their songs chronicle the everyday life of today's youth, creating anthem-like hooks that connect with their listeners. Raposo’s songs are radio-friendly with a mainstream rock edge.
Lead singer, pianist, and guitarist Greg Raposo, is a platinum selling recording artist who has had the honor of performing on many of America’s largest concert venues, including Nassau Coliseum and Jones Beach Theater. Over the last 6 years Greg has been touring in the role as frontman for RAPOSO, then Stereopath, building up a loyal fanbase from New York to Japan. The latest incarnation of RAPOSO began in May of 2008 with the introduction of Brian Corona and Jesse Leo, who previously led Long Island based rock band, Unlikely Heroes. On guitars and vocals they drive the force behind RAPOSO's catchy guitar riffs and powerful vocal arrangments. Bass player Danny Miller was previously in RAPOSO and due to his tremendous popularity among fans, his return spawned much excitement. Previously in punk rock band, Brookside, Danny Miller is also a world renowned model who was voted top 6 male model in NYC in 2003. The youngest member of the band and most recent to join is drummer Will Tully. Will has kept busy over the past few years opening for such acts as One Republic, Eve 6 and Paramore. Will and Danny share a special connection that is apparent when they play together, music that is.
RAPOSO has the dynamic combination of raw talent and credentials. Every song they play is a potential hit .Onstage RAPOSO is full of energy and the crowd is truly overcome by the presence of a real rock band. The band prefers to let the music speak for itself.
