Welcome to the homepage of the Rapture music festival, being held in Miami Florida on Friday, December 7th, from 8pm until 10am.
Rapture's core philosophy is to completely break open the boundaries of what's considered a "typical" dance music event. More than a mere party, Rapture aims to become a true multicultural festival. More than just an event aimed at club-goers, ravers, or dance music aficionados, Rapture wishes to help expand our community and bring in an exceptionally diverse array of people from all walks of life to experience the true beauty of electronic music.
Rapture also wishes to vastly expand the scope of a typical event, bringing in mixed-media artists, performance art, as well as a wide range of groups and organizations devoted to improving our world - through environmentalism, political activism and harm reduction, Rapture wishes to expand your horizons and open your mind.
At sunrise on Saturday the 8th, we will be hosting a rooftop breakfast session, with fresh fruit, juices, smoothies and a full vegan menu to replenish your body and invigorate your mind.
Once the rooftop music stops at 9am we will be hosting an open forum panel discussion, with numerous artists, group leaders and political figures with whom you can directly discuss world and local issues. This will hopefully provide a spark to inspire people to move their lives to the next level, and help improve the world around them.
