"In the condition called raptus or ravishment by theologians, breathing and circulation are so depressed that it is a question among the doctors whether the soul be or be not temporarily dissevered from the body..."
- 1902, William James.
Raptuss is a trio of three musicians who create a heavy sense of melodic, dynamic and soulful music.
Since the birth of their musical partnership, the trinity have moved forward with enormous steps, constantly pushing boundaries and expanding upon the traditional ideals of the music realm.
Raptuss have proved their worth as not only a well-established live band, but are the originators of a range of colourful and vivacious songs. By providing audiences all over Denmark with vibrant and unforgettable performances, their musical compositions are perfect illustrations of each member's passion and complete dedication to music.
Raptuss performs their music with an explosion of energy, providing all listeners with an experience of intoxicating groove. The band chooses not to adjust their compositions to any particular style or genre. They do not steer their songs in any specific direction.
"The songs are in control and if it feels good, if it sounds good, well, thats just where we're gonna go.
Hej Kenneth! Fik Jeres cd af min mor. Det er mega fedt og er fast inventar i bilen. Jeg har gået på MGK med Jacob Rask som spiller sax. Skægt at finde ham der. Rock on!
Thanks for beeing our friends!!! Your stuff is great! Thanks for the kind words, and nice meeting you. Wonderful day and a fun week too.. Thanks we love you ! Greetings from DeMente.
Thank you very much for your friendship :) The layout has been improved… somewhat ;D and then there's some nice rock'n'roll, from the menacing 'Rockin' Sister' to the upbeat defiance of 'Night & Day' to the sad romanticism of 'Shared' ;)
I actually saw you this year at Skråen's Band Battle and I loved it! I loved your energy on stage, your enthusiasm, the fusion of styles, the riffs, the bass lines and your charisma as a band.
I hope to see you soon in one of your concerts. Good luck!
