For over twenty years, Michael McCutcheon a.ka. RAS AMERLOCK, honored member on the Jahtari (am heißten) label as of 2006, has been refining his chosen profession of music. Whether performing with The Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra as a classical solo violinist in his youth,or a Roots Reggae Dub Entertainer, opening for acts such as Burning Spear, Gregory Isaacs and recently Pato Banton Ras lives to perform and give JAH the glory for all that is, in this life. Ras Amerlock's Music is a reflection in sound of the Rastafarian way of life he as a Rasta in America embraces. His early releases are heavy "old school" style dubs aiming to reflect a variety of techniques within the realm of Dubstyle sound.His current material continues in that realm but with the help of several special guests this years line up of artists is certain to be filled with lots of surprise guests to accompany the Riddims. Ras has performed throughout the United states , North America, Russia and Europe by the grace of JAH.
