Born in the summer of 2007 out of the notion that rock should RAWK! and that loud music, sex, alcohol, and general overindulgence are good for you, RattleCan lays down an aural and visual assault that has long been absent in the Gem City. Comprised of local stage veterans and rock heroes, (most notably from the late great Dr. X, Ithika, and Full Throttle), RattleCan covers fave classic punk artists like The Sex Pistols and The Ramones in addition to modern bands they inspired, like Green Day and My Chemical Romance. The live RattleCan experience will leave you, in the words of the legendary Lemmy Kilmister “on your feet or on your knees.” Definitely not for the faint of heart. They do what they do with one goal in mind – to put the “show” BACK into rock show (well, that and to get girls). So don’t be a p*ssy – sign up as a friend and get ya ass out to see RattleCan!!
Alright fellas, killer show at Katz. I think it's awesome to hear some real music hit the Dayton scene for once.Maybe Jar-gon and RattleCan should tag team a show some time. Keep rockin.
Thanks guys. I worked security at Flanagan's Pub for St. PatROCK's Day. I talked to Ken for a brief moment shortly after your set (which I was lucky enough to posted next to the stage for--right up against the left speakers). Idk if he remembers me though as I'm sure you all talked to tons of other people.
Once again, nice cover of It's Not Okay by MCR and look forward to seeing you again soon.

That message below is not from Jodi. Somehow it got sent around through her account, as I saw it in my comments too. I don't know if she's seen it posted here too. It could be popping up elsewhere, just so ya know. - Mary.
What's up Ken and Bill. Jeff, old bass player, Section 8/Madcap. Spent several blurry nights playing with DR. X back at Twisters. Glad to see you guys still playing. Much love and respect and I will definitely check a show out sometime. Best of luck with everything. Take care fellas
