My beginning in music is linked to kRé, the band I had in Venezuela with my mates Rubén D'hers, Chemi, Viruta, Ricardo Chitty and Hugo Marmol. Two records, "ruido domestico" (2002) and "el radio está en la cocina" (2005) started a path in a very peculiar musical creation. In 2007 I began my own project while I was still playing in other groups such as Cabezon Key, Pablo Garcia, San Bombó, etc. In 2007 I also moved to London to study Ethnomusicology and had the oportunity to play with Longjon La Flecha, Family Atlantica, Splatter, Rhythms of the City, Afrik Bawantu, among others. In 2010 I created Monsalve y Los Forajidos, with the greats Rafa Greco (sax), Gustavo Guerrero and José Ignacio Benitez (guitar), Leo Cordova (drums) and Viruta (congas). Now I am based in Paris playing around... -
