Each week, RAWvolution owner Matt Amsden - renown raw chef and author of
the un-cook book "RAWvolution" - creates “The Box,” a food
box filled with a selection containing two soups, four entrees, four side
dishes and two desserts, designed to feed a customer for four to five
days. These boxes, which have a wide celebrity and local following in LA
(Alicia Silverstone and Cher to name a few), can be delivered
locally or shipped via Fed Ex to the customer’s home, anywhere in the US.
The Box allows raw food lovers or the “raw curious” to easily eat
healthy and flavor-filled meals in their own home. The service is a
lifesaver for raw food fans with a busy schedule — or who live in parts
of the country where they just don't have raw food restaurants.
Chef Amsden creates a selection of dishes such as the Big Matt with
Cheese, Stir-Not-Fry and Egg-Less-Egg Salad, to name a few.
“The flavor of raw food is so fresh and alive because it is as nature
intended—full of living water and life force,” says Amsden. “We shop
local farmers markets and food Co-Ops for the freshest and
finest organic ingredients. We want our customers to know that the food
