About me: I've been into sport since I could walk, so making the transition into becoming a fitness trainer was quite easy. I've been doing it since 1992 and still enjoy helping people change their lives.
Thanks Ray for the advice and for signing your latest book - anyone out there reading this - GO OUT AND BUY A COPY!! Its called "Winners Do What Losers Don't". Congrats Ray on a great read, very informative - and in parts fascinating - especially your journal entries from your Biggest Loser time with Adro and Chris. hey ray! thanks for adding me!! this week has gone well.. i lost a futher 1.9 kilos tieing second biggest loser with sharna..( marg got 2.3) excercise going well ness had me running at 9km for 2.5 mins non stopped...she killed me=] how are you? i hope that when i come back maybe we could have a training sesion becuase i find that you can push me. it would be wonderful Cya Alida
Hi Ray. Thanks for the add. In a way i was glad to get back home, but i am really missing everyone back at the retreat, and wished i could have stayed an extra two weeks. In the second week i lost 1.2 kilos .. so all up in the two weeks i lost 8.6 kilos .. not bad. You and adro are such awesome people, and i will be doing this for myself just as much for you guys. thanks so much for everything.

awsome thanks for answering ! i spoke to michelle bridges at fernwoods 1st bday at roseberry a few months ago and she said said somehting along them lines . Um i havent worked at the whitlam centre but i have been to that gym 5-6 times for actual workouts and i had spoken to a pt that worked there but he was a tall kinda skinny guy
lol just trying to educate the people over this way . if you have time to answera question for me that would be great . um how did you get into the positon that your in now .. career wise?

Gees, the forums are pretty quiet, hey! Guess it's that time of year - between seasons of TBL.
I am working hard at the Gym. Brad and I get married next year in August! I want to look my best. When I first went back to the Gym, I could only manage 5 minutes on the Cross Trainer but, I can now do 10! I used to hate it but I now love the feeling of reaching that goal! I increase my minutes by 1 every day. I'll be going 20 minutes before no time!
I think Adro meant - he would be twice the man if it wasn't for you!! - hahaha yes i am smart arse, but i do agree with him as a trainer you know your stuff - everytime i have asked for advice you have given it to me and what you have told me has always worked well, i am glad i got to met you and introduce you to the boy!
We will have to catch up soon, when i get back from Overseas.
To everyone out there, i would have to say that this bloke RAY is the greatest person in the world, i would be half the person i am now if it wasnt for him! i respect him for everything he did for and is to me. if anyone is after a Personal Trainer i would not be able to tell you enough that you cant get better then this guy! I could only ever hope to be half the trainer he is! !!!!! RAY YOU ROCK !!!!!
