My Rays are my first and foremost interest to me. They are my hobby, my obsession, my hole in my pants where all my money disappears from March to October every year. I attend over 78 games a year(10 years for the Rays, 1 year for the Mariners). I am the cowbell and laptop guy in in Section 138 on the corner of the bottom row (C),by the RF Foul pole. I was rewarded in 2004 with induction into the Pepsi/Rays Fan Wall of Fame. I was inducted with the name "Mr. Lucky" on that day. I consider myself lucky to be able to follow a MLB team in hometown. I think if I was not good at sports as a kid, I would have been a good lawyer or play-by-play announcer.

I am a Rays blogger on such sites as www.MLBlogs.com, and www.raysrenegade.com/. I enjoy writing about my hometown team and the issues and games that make up our 162 game schedule. I savor and relish the fact that it is all chance that you can hit a sphere going almost 100 mph, 307 feet from the plate to the Right field foul pole,and people cheer for you. I am the guy who has stories you will never believe,until I get the photos out,then you just gawk. I was a High School and College baseball player, but decided to concentrate on Football(bad choice). I am the guy who might know your favorite player,and shows him the respect he deserves always,even if he is a visiting teams player.Who I'd like to meet:
I have a special place for Rays' fans,but all fans are welcome to comment or interact with me. Just respect that I have my choice of all the teams in the MLB, and I support my local team by birth and choice, not by "Hot Streaks",or past "World Series" glory and honors. I only want to enjoy the baseball for what it is... an athletic event where the outcome is not predestined or concluded.
