RAZED IN BLACK "Shrieks, Laments, and Anguished Cries" Deluxe (Digipak)

Previously released in 1996, Shrieks Laments, and Anguished Cries is the first official full length album by Hawaii's own RAZED IN BLACK. Formerly known in the islands as Lost Souls, solo composer Romell Regulacion created quite an impact in Hawaii's alternative scene. During the era in which bands like Nine Inch Nails, Ministry and KMFDM were in prime highlight, Lost Souls fit comfortably alongside quickly gaining popularity. Lost Souls caught the eye of LA's gothic-industrial label Cleopatra Records, who signed the artist as RAZED IN BLACK after discovering other bands with the Lost Souls name. Since then, the band have produced a handful of impressive albums, each progressively taking electronic music to the next level. With guest appearances as producer, remixer or performer on more than a hundred albums, RAZED IN BLACK's popularity continues to grow. Remastered and repackaged, we proudly represent this deluxe re-issue with three unreleased bonus tracks from that early Razed In Black era.

RAZED IN BLACK "Oh My Goth" (ep) ~ clp1103 With a highly anticipated and long-awaited release, RAZED IN BLACK smashes on to the scene once again with this "Oh My Goth!" maxi-EP. Elusively appearing as bonus and hidden tracks on various compilations, this CD contains not only a re-mastered version of the quickly established club hit, but also the trance and breaks versions spun exclusively by Dj RIB, Dj EVIL, and Matthew Grim. To add to the onslaught, this album also contains other tracks remixed by Europe’s hottest producers, making this album a definite for any fan of pounding electronic mayhem.

RAZED IN BLACK "Sacrificed" ~ clp0475 An amalgamation of electronic genres assembled in a way only Romell can deliver. An emotional journey through his personal experiences, with sutures that must be felt to be understood. Features guest vocals by Birmingham 6 and Michelle Pagan, as well as his take on Metallica's "damage, inc." Toured the US with label mates, Switchblade Symphony, as well as Japan & Canada. Notable: tracks also featured on StrangeLife (VCX adult video: which was recognized an AVN award), PARKER'S PAD, and GINGER SNAPS movies, and MISSION HILL television show. Tracks also featured in many compilations from various record labels. The second pressing of this disc contains a hidden track 15, "Oh My Goth!".

RAZED IN BLACK "Overflow" ep ~ clp9956 This album features remixes of music from "Shrieks, Laments, and Anguished Cries" by Denmark's LEATHER STRIP, France's BRAIN LEISURE, Belgium's IMPLANT, as well as from Romell himself. The title cut "Overflow" has gained much dancefloor pressence in the industrial community. Notable: tracks from this album were featured on CARRIE 2:THE RAGE motion picture, GINGER SNAPS motion picture, and Sony Playstation's "VS" video game.

It's release was followed by a tour in Tokyo with underground industrial rockers, Definition Master, gothic beauties, Neurotic Doll, and rock newcomer, Bad Mardoc. This album has become a collector's item for the U.S. fanbase.
