hi,my name is Kevin Murphy,I was born in San Francisco and grew up in Ireland,I spent about 8 years traveling the world,sometimes living a hermit lifestyle,when I lived in Amsterdam I recorded almost every night lo fi with a mini disc for a year,Id usually finish up around 3 in the morning and head home to to the red light district to a tiny flat where I would paint abstract mixed media paintings till the morning,I had injured my back and my job was looking after a beautiful husky dog named chicko,this never fully paid the rent so I juggled selling a painting here and there and a bar shift now and then,I guess because of some tough personal experiences I had to write these songs and get things out,that my conscious mind wasn't quiet ready to deal with,I started gigging in 2007 in Cork city and played most of the venues there including the Opera house which was nice.

I'm good thanks. Nearly finished album, gettin cello down soon and thats it for the recording. Loadsa time to mix as I'll have to save again for the duplimication. Thats life.
