I've always found it difficult to write about these things, so here's the stream of consciousness one shot-
I like walking city streets and alleyways while listening to Portishead. I am Jack's split lip. I believe that cameras do capture the soul, if used correctly. I want to make a silent film. I love the 20's and 30's but I'm also a techno-fetishist. (Read :G33K:) I love burlesque, vaudeville, showmanship, evil carnivals, clowns, illustrated men, firebreathers and your assorted circus freaks. I am a geek with social skills, I have fun at clubs, but would usually pass up a night out for good conversation over beers with good friends or intelligent strangers. I love to dance. I talk to homeless people because you never know when you'll find one that knows the secrets of the universe. I love comic books AND bathe regularly. I think too much. Sometimes I think too little. I'm obsessive compulsive, but my room is always dirty. I "get it", whatever that means. I love art in all forms, written, drawn, played, shot... I am forever fascinated by our desire to scrawl on cave walls and pray that somone else understands what is going on behind our eyes. If you're my friend I will always try to make you laugh. I'll always be there when you cry. I have no control over the amount of sensory input I receive from the world, and the only way I can cope with the chaotic barrage is to "go with the flow" or go catatonic. I would really rather be working on some photos right now. I love Adult Swim. I respect people's religious beliefs. I stay up way too late at night thinking of my favorite movie scenes, or what I want to photograph next, or how I can make a poem out of moment of my life I'm frantically trying to remember or forget. I love my friends. I miss my mom. I am annoyed by my neighbors. I want to photograph every interesting person I see out in the world. I want to paint my thoughts in graffiti on every wall I pass by.
On bad days I fantasize about kicking in someone's windshield with my 20 hole boots while singing jingle bells at the top of my lungs with a bottle of whisky in one hand and a cigarette in the other.
On good days, I'm stunned by the incredible beauty in the world.
I don't believe in excuses. I don't believe in drama. And generally, things are allright. Love me, hate me, think what you please, just don't be fuckin' boring. Anything else?

Who I'd like to meet: Who are you? I guess I'd be interested in meeting creative, artistic people. People that have to put something out into the world. Or people that just appreciate whats out there to see and experience. People who dig the 30s, know what steampunk is, are circus freaks, are proud geeks, photographers, models, someone that agrees with me, someone that argues with me, the insane, but hopefully not psychopathic, the pissed off, people who aren't fuckin' lazy.
Hell, just about anyone - people fascinate me. Everybody has a story. You should write you're own.
