My name is RC-1262, and I am a Clone commando, I was bred for my demolitions skills for the elite SAS-like Delta Squad. Another member of the squad ,Sev, and I have developed a bit of a jocular sense of humor, a fact we often speculate on in idle moments of our missions and often provide most of the more amusing anecdotes.
You see, war does funny things to people. Likewise, some people (Sev and I) do funny things with war. My resident wiseacre of regularly dropping a world-weary bon mot into the stew of violence and destruction that serves as the Deltas' steady diet. I am a fairly competent soldier, in the eyes of Delta Three-Eight at least, and an excellent explosives technician, I have an overdeveloped sense of irony that could be mistaken for fatalism. I guess I'm renowned for my past mistakes, since I nickname after an incident that left my training officer and I without eyebrows for a while. This was confirmed in a report by Walon Vau, my training officer in reference to my use of weaponry and demolitions, as well as by Delta Leader RC-1138 (aka Boss) reminding me constantly to "Just get us inside without killing the squad, eh Scorch?"
RC-1207 (aka Sev), and I have developed a bond as strong and deep as family. We joke before and during missions with each other all the time. When the order comes down from General Yoda himself to abandon Sev to overwhelming enemy forces and retreat to a Republic Gunship, I got to borderline mutiny.
I paid no participation in Order 66. However, I did end up as a member of Darth Vader's 501st Legion after the establishment of the Galactic Empire. There is one little secret that I have kept from the majority of the people i dealt with, but i will share; even though I am a registered Imperial commander right now, my full loyalty lies with the Rebel Alliance and I have been allowed to use both my Imperial Karatin armor as well as my Clone Katarn armor. I think I'm going to try to get those ARC-170s and what-not that havn't been used since the Clone Wars ended re-comissioned into the Rebel Fleet. Now only if I could get some pilots to help me fly them out of the Imperial hangars.
Who I'd like to meet: All Republic and/or Rebel forces, any other possible allies, the rest of Delta Squad, and the Jedi.
