Hi, my name is Nely and I have a passion for cake decorating. I love to create figurines and flowers out of gum paste also. I took a baking class when I was 10 yrs. at my church in Puerto Rico, from there I knew that I love cake decorating, then in high school I took one yr. of baking and International food. When I was in Florida I met a wonderful person, my dearest friend Nyrma. With her I learned greatly. Thank you Nyrma for all the tips. Now that I moved to Tn. I had more opportunities to take workshops and learn new techniques. I would like thank Kathy Wise from Sweet Wise in Nashville, Tn. for having all those wonderful workshops on cake decorating. I also love to read and collect cake decorating magazines and books. I spend a lot of time searching in my computer for recipes and tips in cake decorating. I created this space for people like me and to share my knowledge with all of you. Thank you for visiting and for being part of my sweet page.

I am truly blessed with the gift of your friendship. I'm very sorry that I haven't been in touch like I should have lately. With all that has been going on with Winston I have not gotten too many chances to be online. The weeks have really gone by fast. I praise God so much that Winston is improving and is almost back to 100%. Now we’re going through an uncertain future with JJ as he remains in ICU at the animal hospital. Hopefully everything will be fine and back to normal soon. Thank you for understanding and continuing to be my friend.
