While spending several formative years in the local scene, both paying their dues and honing their skills, a group formally known as Makeshift underwent a significant change. After recruiting new members, the band’s sound began to alter immensely. Their before immature writing techniques had now evolved, exposing a brand of rock both refreshing and honest. Working with Engineer Ryan Wallace of Armstrong Recording Studio, the group is hard at work on it’s first full length album “The Runaway”, to be mastered by the accredited Stephen Egerton (Descendents, ALL), and released winter 2006.
