CRANK and GLASS and IDENTICAL by Ellen Hopkins. THE HUNGER GAMES by Suzanne Collins. SKINNY DIP by Carl Hiaasen is my favorite "grown-up book".

About me: I am in my 31st year of teaching. I love getting kids interested in reading. Most of my free time is spent looking for and reading current teen fiction. I try to stay up-to-date by visiting websites, reading reviews, and visiting bookstores. Interested in networking with other readers with suggestions I can use in my classroom.
I enjoy reading your blogs. I don't often comment but I do read them and look forward to them! I've been slacking lately. I hope to catch up on reading over the holidays.
