hi. loved ur movies and show. hope ur new career is just as great.
Happy 5772!...
Hi there, I'm new here. *waves awkwardly*
*Will now commence to write as though Brent Spiner will actually see this, when admittedly, he may not ever see it or check the comments because, my god, how could one person read them all? I only have 30,000 people a month who read my crappy self-published writing and I can't come CLOSE to responding to everything *I* get so how could someone famous the world over have time to bother reading all his myspace/facebook comments?*
Granted, I first knew you from when you played Data and I grew up on re-runs of TNG, but then I saw a few other things you did and I was like... Wow, this guy is... Damn... He's a really good actor. I didn't realize how good of an actor you actually were until I became not just a star trek fan, but a Brent Spiner fan. You can tell the difference between actors who have put in the time to study the craft, done the vocal training and genuinely dedicated themselves to this art from the 'just another pretty face'; and the pretty face simply can't make up for the vapid and shallow performances. It is PAINFULLY OBVIOUS you fall into the category of the former. (I'm terribly sorry if any random lavish praise I've written comes off in that 'OMG CREEPY FAN' way... To clarify, by 'Brent Spiner Fan' I obviously mean your creative works and while you seem like a genuinely... well, okay, you're not very NICE sometimes, but well... You seem like you'd be fun to be in a room with for a few hours, especially if you were 'on'... but since you're actually a total stranger that may or may not be anything like your public persona is, and in all actuality is almost nothing like the most notable* character you played, I can give my assurances that I won't be stalking you any time soon, and I promise no unnameable body parts in the mail from me.) Anyway, since I'm a big fan of old lounge-y jazz, I'm off to buy your CD at your website.
I hope you are busy with Fresh Hell.
Shabbat Shalom !
Have a wonderful weekend !
Dear Brent,
i saw this picture a few weeks ago:
...on www.firefly-path.net.
You look very concentrated / serious there. I didn't know you can take your job so seriously. Don't worry. You're a very, very good actor. I can only repeat it. I hope you and your family had a happy second Passover and a happy Lag Ba'Omer. Schavuot will be soon. We will celebrate it, too. As Pentecost. Then we can celebrate it together. That's very cool! :-)))))))))))
Blanket of Whispers
Gossip like a blanketing of whispers
Words meant to cover the eyes
To make you weak
To try force Satan's hand
To take some kind of way
I walk quietly behind
Needing only the sound of my own thought
To keep occupied
Knowing the fear of both
Wondering why this has to happen
I wonder as I walk if anyone ever asked
People recoil afraid of the answer
He who asks is a fool for five minutes,
but he who does not ask remains a fool forever..
A bird does not sing because it has an answer.
It sings because it has a song.
kismet 2/11/11
I am hoping 2011 is your best yet.

Dearest Brent,
Shabbat Shalom - and happy continuation of the world, for all of us Stay-on-earth-until-Kingdom-Come-and-Beyond types. I wish to propose a Not-the-End-of-the-World-Day celebration for all the Spinerists.
Love,
Your tweetie
Dear Brent,
I wish you a wonderful weekend. Many thanks to you!
(i hope you can keep this comment for a longer time. sorry!)
