yeah I've been single for a long time too man... I usually go a few years in between each relationship... well if you really want to call them relationships... they never really get off the ground... either they can't commit, or I end up doing the wrong thing, or its just the wrong time... idk I tend to over think things all the time and over complicate to the point to where I don't like a girl and then I like her after a while but its too late, or they like me but they're in a relationship, or I like them but I'm just too shy so I never try... always been shy at first and then end up bouncing off the walls... always had girls that like me but I don't like them and then girls that I want but can't have... so yeah I get depressed to man... but you just have to put yourself out there and jump... and the worst they can say is no or the best thing ever could happen from it... so you just gotta keep at it... heck I am...
