About me:
My name is Jess Arce and I am a dedicated and successful real estate professional with New Century Realty Group in Frisco. I have been in residential real estate for over eight years. My career began in 1999 in Las Vegas Nevada, where I lived with my family for ten years. I now live and work in North Dallas and am loving it!
I genuinely love helping families find their new home; whether it be their first home or their dream home. The most rewarding thing about real estate to me are the people I meet and the relationships real estate allows me to have with people. I take my job very serously. I am involved in every aspect of the real estate transaction from scheduling the home inspection to speaking with the loan officer regularly. I will keep you abreast of everything that takes place through out the entire process of the purchase or sale of your home. But when all is said and done, it's time to party. I enjoy throwing my clients a house warming party to welcome their family and friends to their new home.
Customer satisfaction is my #1 priority. I have a strong customer service background, I am energetic, personable and outgoing. My effective leadership skills and exceptional communication skills are apparent when working with buyers and sellers. I work hard negotiating to get you the most house for your money or getting the most money for your house!! I am very active in my community, my childrens' school and my church.
