Reality Grey comes up as a band in April 2004 with the intention to play our favourite music, melodic death metal. A mix of brutality and melodic feeling.
The first line up was with Tommy on vocals, Peppe&Anto on guitars, Alex on bass and Donato on drums.
With a steady line up Reality Grey soon took part of various festivals and contests in Italy such as BARI GROUND FESTIVAL (a contest opened to every kind of music and styles) were they get the 4th place.
In may 2004 Reality Grey starts studio session for the demo cd "Reborn in apathy" that is enthusiastically rewieved from some of the most important metal webzines in Italy such as EUTK, Metal Empire and Heavymetaldelirium
In November 2004 Donato left the band due to personal reasons, and Reality Grey are forced to find a new high skilled drummer. And it arrives soon.
The new drummer is Vlady. Even if he’s really young, he’s an high skilled drummer and he has played in various band (REQUIEM K626, EXUMER). So the band is again ready to work on new tracks and to perform blastin’ gigs.
In 2 years Reality Grey collects many shows, with some good metal acts like Coram Lethe, Disguise, Necrodeath, Admiron, Ingraved, most of them gone sold out.
The 1st full-lenght cd is recorded in August 2005 and mixed at GOLEM DUNGEON STUDIOS in July 2006 with Ottavio Marzo (Golem) and produced by Reality Grey. Energy, melody, brutality, extreme scratchy vocals, light-fast solos, blasting drums and more is all you gonna get. The cd contains 7 tracks and an intro.
In the late 2006 Reality Grey signs for the american label RAZAR ICE RECORDS

Lo space qui presente si propone di tenere in elenco tutte le recensioni/speciali/interviste da me redatte nel corso degli anni. Tuttavia lo scopo principale è quello di permettere all’underground di emergere, per cui se avete FILM AMATORIALI (o non), RACCONTI oppure DEMO di qualsiasi genere da recensire contattatemi: garantisco recensione, eventuale intervista, foto o quant’altro possa esservi utile (è sempre pubblicità che vi fate, se positiva o negativa dipende poi dal prodotto finale) per affrontare questa ripida strada. Venerdì 13 Giugno, presso il Teatro Kismet Opera di Bari, Una band storica del death metal mondiale terrà un imperdibile concerto per tutti i fan del rock duro! Gli scandinavi Entombed irromperanno sul palco dello Sziget Sound Fest per la loro unica data al Sud Italia insieme ad altre pregievoli realtà del panorama metal pugliese come i Natron e i neonati Southborn, nonchè le band in gara per aggiudicarsi un posto al festival più grande d'europa: lo Sziget di Budapest! L'area sarà allestita e presentata in una vera e propria atmosfera da grande evento, con un grande palco e stand di merchandise.

GRAN FESTIVAL DELLE COVER BAND: scadenza iscrizioni prorogata di qualche giorno!
Il 26 aprile prossimo scadeva il termine di iscrizione per il GRAN FESTIVAL DELLE COVER BAND, concorso nazionale dedicato esclusivamente alle cover band italiane. Dato l’elevato numero di telefonate di ritardatari che abbiamo ricevuto con richieste di partecipazione al festival nonostante lo scadere delle iscrizioni abbiamo deciso di venire incontro a queste band e di prorogare la scadenza delle iscrizioni di qualche giorno. Tutte le band che ancora non sono riuscite a provvedere ad inviare il materiale necessario per accedere alle prime selezioni hanno tempo fino al giorno lunedì 5 maggio.
Al concorso sono ammesse cover band di qualsiasi genere musicale.
Affrettati e partecipa anche tu a questo grande evento!
