My name is Kelly, I was born in Southern California but grew up in the Sacramento area living in Rocklin. After graduating from Rocklin High School I moved to Texas in 2002 to gain some independence and began my real estate career. I worked as an executive assistant for a successful team of Realtors, The Chappell Team in The Woodlands, Texas, which is close to Houston. I worked with both buyers and sellers coordinating their transactions with lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and title companies. For the four years I was in Texas I worked hard, gained a great deal of experience in dealing with a variety of people and handling the details of some very complicated real estate transactions. I enjoyed the challenges of making each transaction as easy as possible for my clients.
Although I found the real estate work in Texas rewarding, home and California was where I wanted to be. When I returned to the Sacramento area in 2006 I joined Julie Jalone and The Jalone Real Estate Group at the Lyon office in Roseville. My role with Julie continued to be an executive assistant and client support officer.
It became clear very soon to Julie and myself that my experience with transactions and clients were more suited to being an agent. With some encouragement, I studied for and passed the California real estate license exam in July of 2007 and is now in the process of building my own business.
It was a natural fit to rejoin Julie Jalone and our new company, MagnumOne Realty because I pride myself on exceeding my client’s expectations by providing a high level of customer service. MagnumOne concentrates on providing individual customized service to their clients so I will fit in well.
If you are buying or selling a home depend on me for my knowledge of the Sacramento real estate market and MagnumOne for superior service. I will provide comprehensive personalized service to assist in finding an affordable first home, move up home, or dream estate. Having developed many contacts with fellow Realtors, lenders, title companies, attorneys, inspectors and contractors, I can find you the resources you need. I truly enjoy meeting and working with people to make the process of buying or selling easier and helping make their dreams come true.
