Marilyn: The Beatles, Carter Family and anyone “old timey”, especially with comedy or yodeling attached. Jason & Chloe Roweth definitely influenced, and still do influence my taste in music. Vaudeville. Love listening to old time fiddle music, The Andrew Sisters, Joan Baez, Gillian Welch, Bob Dyer, Shirley Thoms and Early Slim Dusty music. Oh to be able to yodel as well as sing and dance while playing the fiddle like John Hartford ….. now that would be my ultimate goal.
