About Rebecca Baulch

Rebecca is a member of the Appassionata Trio with Hayley Savage and Amanda Cook, and the Albach Duo, with David Black. She teaches at Blackheath Conservatoire and Trinity College Junior Department. She has released two CDs with Apassionata: Let Go (BGS 111) and Beyond Horizons, and one with the Albach Duo: The Raw and the Cooked (Crystal Palace 1851). Her solo CD containing music by Walton, Dowland, Purcell, and specially commissioned pieces by Gary Ryan and Ned Bennett will be available in Spring 2009.

Um Coração	Dec 20 2008 2:21 PM Hello, I've been enjoying the pieces that you have posted on your website. I would enjoy attending a full recital, but unfortunately I live in the US. I find that you play with wonderful articulation and understanding of the tonal possibilities of the guitar, with an superb understanding of the dynamics of the pieces. In other words, you bring the music to life with the energy that you put into your work. Too many classical guitarists play in what I refer to as a mechanical and antiseptic way and forget that music is all about passion and emotion. I hope you post more and I will look forward to any recordings that you make. Segovia would be proud :).
