My city's still breathing through buildings gone missing like teeth. The sidewalks are watching me think about you, sparkled with broken glass. I'm back with scars to show, back with the streets I know will never take me anywhere but here. The stain in the carpet, this drink in my hand, the strangers whose faces I know. We meet here for our dress-rehearsal to say " I wanted it this way." Wait for the year to drown. Spring forward, fall back down. I'm trying not to wonder where you are. All this time lingers, undefined. Someone choose who's left and who's leaving.

"No matter how careful you are, there's going to be the sense you missed something, the collapsed feeling under your skin that you didn't experience it all. There's that fallen heart feeling that you rushed right through the moments where you should've been paying attention."

like throwing copper in a well, you’ll never know if wishes work,
only time can tell. but if superstitions can give someone faith,
then I’m throwing my wallet and begging for change.
Haha, well, I still live with my mom, and I just found out that we got the apartment yesterday, which is lucky cuz we got an eviction notice in July and we had to be out of the house by midnight last night, haha. But you can come over whenevahhhhh! :D it's a little crowded right now though... we have SO much SHIT in here! Hahahahaha.

That's my top ten. Not in that order, necessarily, but those are the books.
At least photography can be appreciated by everyone. Good writing can't be appreciated by all...if it was there would not be authors like James Patterson. ha ha
Shows; life. A majority of my friends live down there and usually when I go down there I stay for a few days. The last two times I have gone to bummercamp, I slept there for a night or two. ha ha
I really like a few of his pictures, but I can't remember what they are until I see them. Seclusion is life. When I'm not at shows or school, I am alone.
Yeah, if you go to enough, you start to know people and things become easier. Basically everyone who goes to those shows are nice, except for Kris, he is an asshole.
I know how that is. A lot of nice people live/go there. If you know someone, you can go sit upstairs and just hangout until the bands that you want to see come on (kind of something my friend and I have perfected).
That's lame. Basement shows are the best in Chicago. And you should be happy you were not there, there were so many people that even when you were walking down to the basement from the kitchen, your glasses fogged up immediately. Shows at summercamp are the best, but I am biased because I'm friends with people who live there.
