About me:

Hi All,

My first novel, called Here or There, was published by Legend Press in the UK on 28th July 2007.

For more information about it and me see www.legendpress.co.uk or read my blog!

It is available in all good bookshops, or online at Legend Press (at a special summer half-price discount) and also through Amazon.co.uk, Waterstones.com, Play.com, WHSmith online etc etc!

Host unlimited photos at slide.com for FREE!

The blurb on the jacket:

‘Do you ever get the impression that things weren’t meant to be as they are? That at some point along the way you took a wrong turning and ended up down a completely different path?’

Eleven seemingly unconnected characters are captured at points in their everyday lives where they are plagued by uncertainty, nostalgia, insecurity and, above all, a persistent longing for a different life. As these characters’ lives begin to touch, often without them knowing, far-reaching consequences prevail, leading ultimately to commit murder. Yet – even after this potent search for better, more fulfilling lives – has each person ended up where they really want to be?

JUST A SEASON

Stopping by to wish you a GREAT WEEKEND!!!

“Just a Season” is a fictional narrative that begins with a grief-stricken father visiting the gravesite of his beloved son who was killed in a tragic accident. As he sadly gazes at his son's headstone and reads what is inscribed there, the dates 1981 – 2001, bring about an illuminating discovery. The tiny dash that separates the years of one's birth and death represents the whole of a person's life. So if this tiny dash were to tell his life's story, what would it say?

In “Just a Season,” the dash of the father's life becomes the focal point of the story and what emerges is a legacy of true benevolence and grace. To continue the legacy that this book has captured, proceeds from the sale of it will go into a trust fund for the grandson of the author whose father was killed on his first birthday.
