Rebel heart is an Irish dance troupe that specializes in performance. It was formed in January of 2007 when award winning Irish Dancer, Stephanie O decided to trade in competition for teaching and performing. The group debuted, early March with their first performances for residents at several local nursing homes. Closer to St. Patrick’s day, they premiered a more upbeat and exciting show at the Appalachian Brewery Company’s Irish Fest (Camp Hill, PA). By the end of the month, they had performed over 18 times!!!
In November, the dancers debuted their first hard shoe routine on stage for their largest audience ever. It was at the Halloween in Harrisburg dance event, held at the Carlisle Convention Center.
The group has enjoyed their 2nd year of St. Particks Day Month. This time performing for audiences from Camp Hill, to Lancaster, Lower Paxton to Willow Valley, Harrisburg and beyond!!
The group continues to grow, classes are offered for ages three to adult in Lemoyne, Harrisburg, Hershey and Fort Indiantown Gap locations. Start dancing with Rebel Heart today!
