Recapitulation has been performing their brand of "dramalicious musical improv" in Chicago for the last two years. A product of the Second City conservatory for Musical Improv, the group has been entertaining and amazing audiences with full length improvised musicals such as "Gettin’ Paid:An Improvised Musical, an ode to office life in musical form, "_______":An Improvised Musical, a highly narrated story featuring love, loss, and the wackiness in between, "Brat Pack:The Musical", a free-form musical based on John Hughes movies, and with short form musical improvisation shows around the city. Currently, the troupe is preparing to debut their next long form show I Saw You:The Improvised Musical!
All shows are highly interactive with the audience and are guaranteed to sing to your soul and move your body. It’s all completely and uninhibitedly made up!
