THE ROYAL ORDER OF CHORDS AND KEYS is one of New England's most Rocking bands for families. Royal Order member, Aric Bieganek, has gained a faithful following of young rockers throughout the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts as a childrens’ musician and teacher. He currently teaches preschool and music at the Prelude Preschool of the Arts, part of the Community Music School of Springfield, and is an early childhood music teacher at theNorthampton Community Music Center. Aric has also been a music teacher in the past at the Northampton Parents Center, the Common School in Amherst, MA, and he is the former Musical Petting Zoo Coordinator of the Springfield Symphony Orchestra. Aric has released two indie CD's for kids: "Aric Live at the Northampton Parents Center" (a live benefit CD), and "Bright Lights, Big Kitty!!!" (under the name Recess Rock).
Due to an overabundant use of the word "Recess" in children's music (not to mention another very largely popular kids' music band that uses it as the first word in its name - Recess Monkey), a changing of the guard was in Order, and thus, the ROYAL ORDER OF CHORDS AND KEYS has been born.
