predominantly i guess the most noticeable influences that affect the way I play and what I write would be Muse, Thrice, BTBAM, and TFK. though there's many.
it sounds like what I want it to sound like. and as I get better and learn more, it gets closer and closer to what i really want it to be.

Hey everyone, its me, Dave. yeah you know me, you love me.
So I go to this school here, Stony Brook, yeah you know the one. And its pretty much awesome. I’m a total nerd, I LOVE math (nerd, like i said). but what i really love is music, listening, learning, writing, and playing it. its amazing. and i wouldn’t do anything else with my life.
but yeah, i started writing alot more again, more lyrics are finally on the way. and all the songs are making nice progress from what you can hear here on the page. hopefully i’ll be able to find some decent recording time soon so you can hear the new ideas. i’m starting to get tired of the old stuff on here anyways.
I just listened to your cover of "What Child is This"... and I must say it was fairly enjoyable, especially when you broke out into "Carol of the Bells" at the end. That was really clever. Those just happen to be my two favorite Christmas songs ("Child" #1, "Bells" #2) - so I really liked that combination! I heard the bass notes coming in for "Bells" and I was like 'no way! he's about to break into Carol of the Bells!!'... hahaha.
I've also recorded my own version of Carol of the Bells if you wish to listen to something a little more mellow and relaxing. :D
DAVE!!! You finally added songs with words! I'm sooo proud of you!! And it sounds totally great! I'm so happy for you, you have no idea! Congrats! I hope I get to hear you in a band some day.

not alots been going on with me my senior year is awesome the best year of my high school carear and on top of that on of my art pieces got a 12000 dollar scholoship to mica the princeton of art schools. but the band has been falling apart we all are trying to get our college apps done so we dont have time to play that much anymore.that how im doin how bout you
