    Since 2002 RECOIL has endured and BROKEN THROUGH THE TRENDS of the multiple "scene bands" which have plagued heavy music, without compromising their own creativity. Being influenced at a young age, mainly by OLD SCHOOL HEAVY METAL like Pantera, Metallica and Slayer, RECOIL are also compared to more modern bands such as Chimaira. Classing themselves as a PURE METAL band, RECOIL have shared stages with many diverse acts, international and local such as; Static-X, Kottonmouth Kings(tour), Sen Dog, On Broken Wings, The Literates, Daysend and Carpathian. After a number of EP's and demos, RECOIL have just released their long awaited debut album "The Will To Sin" through New Justice Records/MGM Distribution through Australia/New Zealand which has been receiving mass attention both throughout the media and on the live circuit.
