Band MembersMarco Delmar - Producer/Engineer
Marco has been voted Producer of the Year by the Washington Area Music Association (WAMA) for the past nine years and been nominated for Studio Engineer of the Year for the past nine years, winning 4 times. Marco has also produced and engineered projects at BIAS, Avalon, BeBop Productions, Inner Ear, and many other top recording studios in the Washington DC area. Marco has garnered a client base that includes emmet swimming, Lisa Moscatiello, Esmirelda, Janine Wilson, Patty Reese, Esmirelda and the Tidbits, A Month of Sundays, Jennifer on Sunday, Cletus Kennelly, Margot MacDonald and many other national, local and regional acts. Many of Marco's clients are WAMA award winners. Marco is also the former guitar player for the Elektrics, a New York-based band that was signed to Capitol Records.

Antonio Pacheco - Engineer
Antonio joined Recording Arts in 2002, just after he graduated from Full Sail with a degree in Audio Engineering. Antonio combines the techniques of the analog masters with the savvy of computer technology in the digital realm. His technical skills are held to such acclaim that he has been quoted in an article in the Washington Post and has been nominated Engineer of the Year by WAMA for the past four years. He is noted for the limitless possibilities that he creates while in the recording studio. He has also mastered projects for emmet swimming, Esmirelda, Nikki Rouse, Mike Grebb and many other local and regional musicians.

Michael Ivey - Producer/Arranger/Songwriter
Michael is a Producer/Arranger/Songwriter for the band Basehead (Imago/BMG International Records/Koch) and byob (13records/Rykodisc). His project has received rave reviews in Rolling Stone, the highest rating and top ten album of the year from Spin and numerous other favorable reviews in national, regional, and local publications. He wrote music for the French film J'ai pas Sommell (I'm Not Sleepy) which was directed by Claire Denis and won an award at the Cannes Film Festival.

Stephanie Milne - Engineer
Stephanie started at Recording Arts in 2003 while earning a B.S. in Audio Technology at American University in Washington, DC. At school, she completed many projects including Dime-A-Dozen (a school a capella group), Harrison (a local university rock band), and working with Philadelphia producer Mark Sarisky to record tracks for recent WAMA nominee, Stella Mira, on their first full length album. Since graduating, she has worked with many of the bands that have come through Recording Arts' doors doing tracking and mixing on everything from gospel and country to hip-hop, rock, and jazz. Having an outgoing personality and a love for all things musical gives her a special talent for being able to work with any artist to capture their unique sound.

Ken Barnum - Producer/Engineer
Ken Barnum has been working in sound since 1995, starting by running live sound for his band. He attended Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA, graduating in 2002 with a Bachelor of Music in Commercial Music (specializing in Recording and Engineering). Since then, Ken has toured with his former band, 33 West and produced, mixed, and engineered several projects for bands including 33 West, Crash Boom Bang, One Third Dork and More.
