Michalis Nochos

About me:

My name is Michalis Nochos (HMRM! = Heavy Metal Re Mounia!) and I’m a 37 years old true & proud metalhead. I have studied English Literature but never exercised the profession. I work for the Ministry of Culture (to be more specific in the Secretariat General of Sports). I also love my other ‘job’, which is more my passion and hobby I would say, that is playing metal music as video-disc jockey in various metal clubs for 14 years now! So far, I have played in the following bar/clubs: Fame (where all started!!), Saloon, Patatrak (Peristeri), Hxoxrwma (Egaleo), Scorpios, Dionysos, Texas [& Texas Necropolis], On Stage, Underground (currently) in the center of Athens, as well as guest D.J. @ Jasmin, Roi Mat, Dr. Feelgood, Tithora, Wizard (party Battleroar), Tabacco (Koridalos) and a club in Megara. I like traveling abroad (pleasure or business) especially when visiting metal festivals (Keep It True, Headbangers Open Air, Bang Your Head, Classic Metal Festival, Wacken Open Air, or other live shows around the world). My all time favorite band is MANOWAR and I also like bands like Warlord, Omen, Manilla Road, Brocas Helm, Heavy Load, Savage Grace, Anvil, Spitfire, Battleroar, Judas Priest, Twisted Sister, Accept, Wotan, Doomsword, Holy Martyr, Sanctuary, Angelwitch, Blitzkrieg, Praying Mantis, Marauder, Stormwitch etc. I support the team of Olympiacos Piraeus, as member of the fanatics of Gate 7. I am a social person, I like cheery people with a smile. I hate hypocrites and selfish people and while I am very nice to the good ones I can turn to the opposite (kafros!) to those who will try to fool me. U know who u are, so beware !
