I'm not much of a film lover. Tend to play it safe with American comedies like Mean Girls, The Devil Wears Prada, Mean Girls etc and a few odd ones like Picnic at Hanging Rock, Edward Scissorhands and Amelie :)Television

A Clockwork Orange, Brighton Rock, any Shakespeare, any Oscar Wilde, any D H Lawrence, POETRY (Emily Dickinson to Edward Thomas, from Sylvia Plath (that woman was phenomenal) to Cavafy), SHAKESPEARE, all Greek playwrights were phenomenal, Picnic at Hanging Rock, come on the Bronte sisters were amazing, they made my teenage years worth while!!Heroes

About me:
I am 17, living by the seaside and studying at the Judd School.I want to read English at St. Andrews.
My life's changed forever recently. I'm not sure I altogether know what that means.
I'd like a life-affirming experience to remind me that there is a purpose to this turmoil.
I've been here so many times before, never really saying anything profound enough to warrant attention. But I can no longer stare at blank spaces, being engulfed by the nothingness that surrounds me.
Of late I have felt the urge to fall, father than ever before, until I lose all sense of consciousness, in the blackness of peace and serenity. I have no desire to live, I can take nothing from the monontiny of every day life any more.
I have fallen so far that there doesn't seem to be any way out, and there is no one there, no one it seems in the entire world, there to pull me up.

urm well, i'll tell you what i did on my weekend instead ...
on saturday i slept in late :) then i popped into bexhill to do some bun shopping (!) and then did my govpol work :)
then SUNDAY i was helping out my brother's archery club, because they were holding a tournament for over 60's. i was helping out in the kitchen ... hence the lovely burn i have on my arrrm.
haha.
