Red Brick House was formed out of necessity in 2003. Finally 18, Perfecting the identity shared by so many in town - you know the one, flared jeans, black or band t shirts, hair in various stages of growth. College was coming. Like most great cliches, four guys in a garage. Microphones turned ever-so-slightly to avoid the defeaning feedback that's always waiting. Waxing lyrical about how Zeppelin did it, spending their lottery money on AC30s and Les Pauls.
Red Brick House were and still are Patrick Leydon (Vocals and Guitar) Les Finan (Guitar and Vocals) Peter Murray (Bass) and Danny Young (Drums). So no Ace's, No Iggy's. Ten points down already.
They commenced with covers. Wild guesses anyone? Stones, Cream and Rage - oh yeah, what Rage do they do?... Killing in the name of Templewild. No PA, not many original songs. Less good ones. One demo recorded. Impressive, not showstopping, End act one and exeunt. To Italy went Les and Danny. To work went Patrick and Peter.
The band now emerge as the new contenders. The swagger and stare of Classic Rock, the sway of modern indie. A symbol of doing your own thing, again and again in as many different ways as humanly possible. Cut and paste: "Go see them live". You might be there, the night, gravity no longer can work.
Until then it's pout and potential. It's the catchiest tune "like ever!" of 'Daydream'. It's the warped bulge and crescendo of 'Wacky Neighbours' and it's the pushed-them-over-the-top song of 'Not the One'. But songs must be recorded, tours must be had, houses must be filled and inches must be written. These are just the first.

lying low at the moment a lot. Really would like to do few gigs with a full band to be honest, lots of ideas...but schedules etc...Doing a few gigs here and there to keep it Fresh.
