Redcarsgofaster started (properly) in 2004, the name is taken from the title of a Spy Versus Spy song.

Yep, that's right, Refused aren't the only band who can steal song titles from Born Against. We played our last gig on Saturday September 8th upstairs at The Charlotte with Rotary Ten, Heart/Yeah and Tired Irie. Despite all the hassle and hiccups along the way, it turned out to be quite good fun. Much like the entire 5 years of redcars. Videos and photos will turn up at some point. Like you care. So that's it. Bye. x

Hey guys Just wanted to say that your album is the best debut ive heard for years. I couldnt get into your last gig so have only just got hold of it. Its such a shame it never got a full release before you split up. 2007 will not be remembered as a good year as its the year RCGF died..
GUTTED we couldn't get into see you James last night, I was really looking forward to the gig but we were told you were sold out. I hope it all went great for you. You'll have to do a special reform gig for me when you make it back to Leicester some time. Good Luck to you all in the future, you have good sounds shame you've split. its suchsuchsuch a that you guys are calling it quits! i just wwant to thank you for coming down to chippenham and playing my jahooly clubnight last august. it was a bit of a shambles on my part but redcarz where mazin i thought!! so many many thanks and all the best dong whatever it is your doing. o we still have the football u bought and will treasure it as rock memorabilia!!! also....any chance of getting a copy of the cd you'l be disrtibuting at your farewell gig through the post?!! i'l pay!! with money!
