Red Cross Sky was established in 1995 upon the acceptance of guitarist/songwriter, John Koutny's original demo version of "Red Cross Sky" for the Maine Vocals benefit CD compilation on Reversing Recordings. A band was quickly put together for an overnight recording session at Big Sound Studio, and the rest was history!!!

Red Cross Sky, has undergone numerous personnel changes & mutuations since then, however - at this very moment - the most promising line-up in the band's history has recently been formed with Rob Dewset (Stronghold) singing lead vocals and Eric Sawyer (Basic Denial) on bass. Teaming up with Mr. Koutny to write new material and record a full length CD, they bring with them many years of musical experience and the motivation to succeed!
