Besides expressing her artistic talents with vibrant colors she also spends over half her year in another country, NICARAGUA. Where she has teamed up under IAM(International Art Missions) to branch out and take their mission to reach children through art to the remote areas of Guasacate, Las Salinas, and Popoyo beaches. Check out their photos (www.nicaraguaartmissions.blogspot.com)Drop a line of encouragement. In the words of the artist she quotes often "Follow your Heart's Desires! GOD places them there for a reason. Joy will soon follow." After interviewing her, I see this joy abundantly flowing from her life. So maybe we should all give it a try.

ARTIST UPDATE: I am currently living in Nicaragua(www.nicaraguaartmissions.blogspot.com) and working with children as we grow the artisania culture throughout Las Salinas and surrounding areas. **** ABOUT ME**** I love God, childrens mysterious faces, laughter, horses, surfing, good strong coffee, running(especially in the rain), dancing, playing guitar/singing, oh...painting.., helping out, cleaning houses while playing good tunes super loud,my sylvania flip-top record player, long right waves, my family, being single, my best friend KIM, encouragement,back and head rubs, the truth, 1964 mint green ford trucks, sushi..and I love a lot of things too numerous to mention. I also set goals and move on them, been called a "go getter"...many people say "Catch her if you Can"...but I bet you can..I can only run a mile in 7min...and my horse isn't a thoroughbred..ha...
