ABOUT OUR SCHOOL:
The Red Dragon School of Martial Arts is a traditional Kung Fu School that
teaches Hung Gar and Tai Chi.
The school is located in the McKinley
Mall near Sears and is open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday through Saturday
and 11:00 am to 6:00 pm on Sunday. Lessons are available for ages four and
up.
The Red Dragon School of Martial Arts
is also a Bonsai clinic with a variety of trees and supplies. Free
educational clinics are held each month by a Bonsai master with fifty years
experience.
We also offer martial art supplies,
weapons, clothing, gifts, and art. Come and visit us at our school or call

Training Principles
Our school is founded on the principle of hard training. Every class
stresses the importance of training hard and practicing diligently. The
heart of our art is the basics and the soul is the forms. It is only through
the mastery of heart and soul that we are able to begin mastering our art.
One must have great patience and determination to excel.
Self Defense
Our style emphasizes that when
necessary, the quickest, easiest and most brutal strike is the best strike
for self defense. However, the most effective self defense techniques are
running away and trying to talk your way out of a heated situation. Should
you find your self in a situation that cannot be avoided by running away, or
talking, the groin and eyes are the first thing that should be targeted.
FACILITY:
Our facility is a 5300 square feet space with
mirrors, changing rooms, weights, training equipment and music. Having a
location in a mall provides for easy access and parking as well as something
to do while the kids are in class.
