Started up in 2003 under the name Steelined playing around dublin. we were only into playing thrash at the time. original line up was Dock:guitar/vox, Dan:drums, Dave: bass and Kev:guitar.

We always wanted to achieve something heavier as we started listen to the new metalcore bands that were emerging at the time. When we parted ways with dave we went about honing our sound. We then recruited an old friend of dan's. Joe completed the (almost) full circle of red enemy. We played one more gig under the name of Steelined and Red Enemy was born. Now tuned lower and writing the type of music that we enjoy playing, we are excited to see whats ahead of us in the future.
We were experimenting for some time with a new line up that included our very own kev on vocals and TPAM'S adam moore. Adam departed after a few months and we robbed their other one Rob Powderlea (he's our silver medal!) LINE UP COMPLETE!

well we do be goin to record a single soon in august through a record lable, trying to get signed at the mo, and wen the single is released we'll be doin the late late show to promote it hahaha, i know , im guna try and fit in as many breakdown moves as i can ina song hahaha, wat bout u guys???? i wanna here this song where u have a breakdown that dusnt repeat itself!!!!!
