Red Flag is an EBM-dark electo industrial band who's music has evolved from new wave synthpop to dark and highly textured industrial melodies. The 2007 release of album Born Again marks the comeback of the band by Chris Reynolds after the death of brother and band mate, Mark Reynolds, in 2003.
Red Flag made the top 10 Billboard charts in 1988 with their memorable song Russian Radio. The next year Red Flag's debut album, Naive Art, released by Enigma, earned them another top 10 single, If I Ever. Red Flag's music became a favorite in dance clubs around the world. MTV put Red Flag's video, Russian Radio, in heavy rotation later that year. Touring extensively, Red Flag played with acts Devo, Thomas Dolby, and Book of Love. They appeared on the TV show American bandstand where they performed Russian Radio.Since then, Red Flag released 11 albums, 14 CD singles, two box sets and appeared on numerous compilations. Their music has been featured on MTV reality shows. The band has played concerts around the world in the U.S., Europe, Canada, Mexico, and South America. Their work has inspired countless bands and garnered fans around the globe.

I must confess I was a little suspicious at the beginning of the new phase becuase Red Flag had been my favorite band for years and it was strange to imagine you without Mark. You shut my mouth. Nothing's changed, you're still the best. I'd love you to upload "Love's our fame". All my feelings emerge with your melodies.
I love the new stuff much more than I ever thought I would.
You ought to know that here, in this little country called Uruguay, we play your songs in the parties we throw. Especially "Halo".
It is amazing to see the people who don't know Red Flag dancing, watching us sing and then some of them coming to us to ask what was that great electrodark song, lol.
So proudly I say "Red Flag, they're the best band you can find". Then they ask which album they should get.
