Driven by a desire to write good music and have fun, Redhead was formed in the spring of 2003 by Nick Ehrhardt and Mr. C. Jones. Having played together before in a number of projects, the two were very well aware of the style and capabilities of each other. After trying out several bassists early on to no avail, Redhead found their perfect fit in Kyle Norris in late 2003.
After the lineup was solidified, the Redhead began writing a wealth of songs, and churned out a 4-track demo, Finale Fanfare, which was released in January of 2004. Recorded in their own Candyland Studio, the demo received a very warm reception from both friends and fellow bands.
Redhead currently have their sights set on playing an extensive amount of shows during 2004. Never being ones to slow down, they are also continuing to write and record music for a full-length album planned for late 2004.
