About Martin Smith & The Red House Blues Band

Welcome to my solo blues project! When I'm not rocking-out as vocalist and lead guitarist with SkyHunter I give full rein to my love for the blues in all its forms.

Essentially the influences are the great blues guitarists (both old and new) and guitar-led blues-rock bands - the likes of Albert King, BB King, Robert Cray, Robben Ford, Joe Bonamassa, Walter Trout, Free, Zep, Cream, Fleetwood Mac (Peter Green era), Santana etc.
