Having a Country Reception is a fun way to start off your new life with your significant other. You can make memories that will last for ever, make them something special. If you are one of those couples that love the country, then this is for you. We offer several options for your reception. Lets start with the "Theme Packages" first. Theme packages offer all the basic things you need for your reception. They include "Batch Parties" free admission for up to 40 guest at Bobby Mackey's one week prior to your reception. Twenty each for the bride and groom. A special privet area will be set up for your party. The bride and groom parties may come on separate night, Friday or Saturday, or you can do one big party together. We even offer a snack tray for your guests. The Hall is also included, along with the DJ, the Wedding Cake, Flowers, Invitations, Photos,Decorations, Bartenders, Catering, Servers,Clean up, Consultant and Coordinator. All you have to do is chose the package you want, decide on the details the package offers and give us the number of guests that will attending the event and the date you plan to have your reception. Everything is rolled into one check,making it easy to manage the fees. Offices are located in Taylor Mill, Petersburg and Wilder, Ky.__________ _____________________________________________ ______________________________________ THEMES THAT WE OFFER _____________________________________________ ____________________________________________________ THE WESTERN DELUXE: The Western Deluxe offers a beautiful three tier cake, covered in rich cream colored icing and wrapped with three brown belts of dark chocolate resembling western belts of leather for that classic country look. The invitations match the Cake. They are rich cream in color and are written in dark brown with gold ascents. For the bride, a spry of elegant red roses and orchids ad a touch of country color to the mix. The tables are covered with white linen cloths and lighted with small, dainty, cream toned flowers and brown cat tails place in glass cowboy boots. It's a look that says "Classic Country". For Country topper, we recommend the Pig Roast Dinner for this set up, but it is your choice. ____________________________ ____________________________________________________________ _________________________________________________ THE RODEO THEME: This theme brings a slight tougher but still elegant look to the reception hall.This should please booth a western bride and groom. A two tier cake, smoother d in dark chocolate, then swirled in circles of baeg icing is stout enough to be called the "Bull" cake, "EL Turbo". Keeping the bull theme in play, the invitations are done in a deep red design with cream colored accents and writing. Flowers for the bride are a mixed, multi colored, bouquet of daisy s. The tables are covered in baeg cloths and accented with a single, bright yellow sunflower set in a lit ball jar. Since the rodeos are about bulls, and bulls are beef, we recommend the roast beef dinner for you and your guests. They may also substitute with chicken if the wish. Bull rides at Bobby Mackey's hall are optional as an after party event but not included in this package. _____________ ____________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________ THE FARM THEME; This fun, country theme make you feel like your right at the farm. It comes complete with red and white checkered table clothes, little yellow daisies on the tables in light up, miniature, coke a cola glasses. . John Deer or International Harvester, name your color.Little pigs , sheep and cows all part of the decorations Invitations are simple, but straight to the point..."you're invited to a Country Reception.....made as a small post card the reverse side has all the details. The bride bouquet a simple mix of wild flowers and daisies tied and pined with a little white bow. Just like the old days, when the farm was used for growing corn and cooking whiskey, we keep the tradition going with the"Whiskey" cake. This cake towers three tiers high and then sets on three layers of Whiskey bottles. The Icing is deep dark chocolate, and has a second, lighter colored icing, that pours down each of the tiers.
