From the Hebrew name ???????? (Mika'el) which meant "who is like God?". This is the name of one of the seven archangels in Hebrew tradition and the only one identified as an archangel in the Bible. Saturday was the BEST UTB EVER!!! Hated & loved you all at the same time during those medball cleans. Where do you guys come up with this stuff? And making us hold it...just plain mean - but effective!
I admit you had my legs shakin in my sneakers and weak at the knees..lol but those Medball cleans will do it to you tough that was a great UTB love the variation of the stations Have a great week!
