The Red Panda is a Christchurch based trust that is focussed on developing the local all-ages music scene.
Not only does the Panda put on spectacular all ages events we also are dedicated to the development of local bands and musicians, providing them with promotion and all the opportunities we can provide them.
The Red Panda has teamed up with White Elephant to provide a radio station and to run a fully sustainable all-ages venue.
Membership to the Panda is open and everyone is encouraged to get in touch and get involved with our meetings and events.
ATTENTION BANDS
We get messages every week from bands that want to play Red Panda shows and unfortunately there is just not enough shows for all the bands that want to play and it's hard to choose which bands should play shows. We would really love to support all of you but it just isn't possible with the limited amount of people in Red Panda and gigs that we organise (usually only a couple a month). So we put top priority into bands who come to our meetings. We at WE HQ (1 Bedford Row) and if you come with an idea for a show we can work together with you and try to make it happen.
