| About Red*Riot |
It started about 6 months ago when as Ben's previous band were about to break up. We decided to form and to do heavier music than he was with his old band. The original line up was: Ben - Guitar/Vocals, Chris - Bass/Vocals and Dan Buckingham - Guitar. But about a month in of practising, Dan departed/kicked out from the band. So now it was left with Ben and Chris, still in search for a drummer. Then they found a drummer - Nickolai Bond. But that didn't last very long and eventually he left because he had other arrangements that needed to be done. Chris and Ben were dissapointed because they couldn't enter the school rock concert because they didn't have a drummer. Then Chris came up with the magical idea that they should do an acoustic set with Ben on guitar, and Chris doing vocals. That's where the acoustic influences came from. So we're here today and that's pretty much how it goes. For now we are only working on covers, because it's hard without a drummer to write songs.
