    From bluegrass to klezmer to celtic and beyond, the Red Spring Trio weaves traditional influences with original compositions rich with soaring instrumentals, warm harmonies and lyrical reflections on life, travel and nature. Megan Thom is a versatile new singer-songwriter who honed her talent in the pubs of Galway, Ireland, the lodges of Churchill, Manitoba and the shoe stores of rural Switzerland. Currently based in her hometown of Victoria, BC, she formed The Red Spring Trio in May 2010 with fiddler Rachelle Reath and dobro player Christopher Herbst and have played several sold-out shows around Victoria.
